Referral Service Disclosure
DryShield Restoration is a free referral service that connects homeowners and businesses with independent, licensed local water damage, flood, and mold restoration professionals in San Jose, California and surrounding areas. We are not a restoration contractor, we do not perform restoration work ourselves, and we do not employ the professionals we connect you with. Any services are performed by independent third-party companies, and any contract is solely between you and that company.
Credentials
References to licensing, insurance, certification, and industry standards on this website refer to the qualifications of the independent professionals in our network — not to DryShield Restoration itself. We do not hold a contractor's license and make no claim to personal certifications. We take reasonable steps to connect you with qualified professionals, but we do not guarantee any contractor's credentials, work, or results.
No Professional Advice
The information on this website, including articles, process descriptions, and cost ranges, is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, medical, or insurance advice, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for a professional on-site assessment. Cost figures are general market ranges, not quotes; your actual cost depends on your specific situation.
Emergencies & Safety
In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately. If you smell gas, suspect an electrical hazard, or face rising floodwater that threatens safety, evacuate and contact your utility company and emergency services before anyone enters the property. Do not enter standing water that may be electrified or contaminated.
