Terms of Service

Last updated: September 24, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DryShield Restoration website and referral service. By accessing this website or calling our line, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our Service

DryShield Restoration is a referral service that connects homeowners and businesses in San Jose, California and surrounding areas with independent, licensed local water damage, flood, and mold restoration professionals. We do not ourselves perform restoration work. We are not a contractor, and we do not employ the restoration crews we connect you with.

No Guarantee of Contractors

While we take reasonable steps to connect you with reputable, licensed, and insured professionals, we do not guarantee the work, pricing, timeliness, or conduct of any independent contractor. Any agreement for restoration services is strictly between you and the contractor you choose. We are not a party to that agreement and are not liable for the contractor's performance.

Informational Content

Content on this website — including cost ranges, process descriptions, and articles — is provided for general informational purposes only. Cost figures are general market ranges, not quotes, and your actual price depends on your specific situation. Content does not constitute professional, legal, or insurance advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DryShield Restoration and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, your reliance on its content, or any services provided by an independent contractor we connect you with. The site and service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Intellectual Property

The content, branding, and design of this website are the property of DryShield Restoration or its licensors. Photographs are used under the Pexels License and are illustrative only. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content without permission.

Third-Party Links

This site may link to third-party websites, such as mapping services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
